This policy explains what information RePhotoLab ("we", "us") collects when you use rephotolab.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Uploaded images. The photos you upload for restoration.
• Restored results. The images our AI produces from your uploads.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records basic server logs and may collect basic, aggregated usage analytics, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps.

Account data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and a basic account identifier, used only to apply your plan limits and credits.

Billing data. When you buy a credit pack or subscription, our payment processor collects your payment details and billing address. We do not store your full card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use uploaded images only to produce your restored result and show it to you. We use technical data to keep the service running, prevent abuse and understand overall usage.

3. Service Providers

We rely on the following providers to run the service:

• Vercel: website hosting, server logs and basic analytics.
• Replicate: running the AI models that process your photos.
• Cloudflare R2: temporary storage of uploaded images and results.
• Waffo: payment processing and merchant settlement.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Retention and Deletion

Uploaded originals and restored results are deleted automatically within 48 hours. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider according to its own retention periods.

5. No Training, No Sale

We do not use your photos to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information or your photos, and we do not share your photos publicly or with other users.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies or similar technologies, only where needed for the site to function or for basic analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Choices

You can choose not to upload photos. If you want a file deleted before the automatic deletion, or have any other privacy request, contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
