Terms of Service

5.1 Free tiers

• Guest (no account): 1 restoration start per IP address per UTC day. Free exports are watermarked and resized to a maximum of 1024px on the long edge.
• Google login free tier: 2 restorations per UTC day, up to 20 per calendar month (UTC). Free exports remain watermarked and capped at 1024px; watermark-free, full-resolution exports require credits.

5.2 One-time credit packs (no auto-renewal)

Credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not auto-renew. Unused pack credits remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date, then expire.

• Trial — $4.90 for 15 credits
• Starter — $9.90 for 40 credits
• Family — $16.90 for 80 credits (most popular)
• Archive — $29.90 for 160 credits

One credit is generally used for one paid restoration export (watermark-free, full resolution), unless a feature page states a different credit cost.

5.3 Studio subscriptions (auto-renewal)

• Studio Monthly — $12.90 per month for 60 credits per billing month. Unused credits roll over for one additional month only.
• Studio Annual — $99.00 per year for 60 credits per month during the paid year. Unused monthly credits roll over for one additional month only.

Studio is a recurring subscription. By purchasing Studio, you authorize us (and our payment partner) to charge your selected payment method automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. The billing cycle starts on the purchase date (or the date shown on your receipt) and renews on the same day of each subsequent period.

Renewal reminders. Before each automatic renewal, we will send a reminder email to the address on your account at least 3 days before the charge (and earlier when required by applicable law). You remain responsible for keeping that email reachable.

5.4 How to cancel a subscription

You may cancel Studio at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not by itself refund the current paid period.

• In-product: When account billing is available, open Account → Billing / Subscription and choose Cancel subscription. You will receive an email confirmation.
• By email: If the in-product control is not yet available, or you cannot access your account, email hello@rephotolab.com from the email used to purchase, with subject line "Cancel Studio subscription". We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.

After cancellation: (a) you keep access and remaining credits for the rest of the already-paid term; (b) for an annual plan, monthly credit allotments continue until the end of that paid year; (c) no further renewal charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect.

5.5 Refunds

• Unused credits — 14-day refund. Unused paid credits (from packs or Studio) are eligible for a full refund of the unused portion within 14 days of the related purchase, if you email hello@rephotolab.com with your order or receipt details. Credits already used for restorations are not refundable.
• After you cancel a subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. Unused credits remaining in the current paid period stay available until they expire under the roll-over rules above, unless you request a refund of the unused portion within the 14-day purchase window. Outside that window, cancellation alone does not create a new refund right for the current period.
• Duplicate or failed charges. Contact us promptly; we will refund clear duplicate or failed charges after verification.
• How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible, usually within 5–10 business days after approval (bank timing may vary).

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

5.6 Price changes

We may change published prices. Price changes do not affect credit packs already purchased. For subscriptions, a new price applies only at the next renewal after we notify you (by email or in-product notice) at least 7 days in advance, unless a shorter period is required by law.
